Stress Level on the Organization of Woman Engineering Supervisors of Selected Electronics Manufacturing Industry in Laguna

A scrutiny of the stress level on organization as perceived by some woman engineers in selected electronics manufacturing industry Laguna was undertaken. This research aims to determine engineering supervisors Laguna. The sample consisted seven (7) establishments sixty six (66) were taken. Among them belonged 20-27 years old age bracket, they are mostly single, and almost all earned their Bachelors degree Engineering, had a length service 1- 5 years, Junior Senior Engineer, 1-5 number employees undertaken, 4-6 Engineer company, 8-12 hours average actual work. work content assessment respondents revealed that workload pace, participation control, role organization, interpersonal relationship organizational culture low response while, working category moderately high stress. There difference engineer supervisor terms age, civil status, highest educational attainment, under direct supervision, engineer, company consequently, there no company. effects stressor increased irritability whereas, serious illnesses such heart disease seldom experienced.
